Acquired Companies are machining leaders in industries they serve while holding the core principal of doing whatever it takes for their customer. Founded in 1987 New Dimensions Precision Machining is located in Union, IL with over 130,000 square feet, focused on milling, drilling, threading, and boring. They have linear pallet flexible machining lines which are able to run 24/7. New Dimensions Precision Machining specializes in Fluid Power Products such as manifolds, valve bodies, inlet/outlets, pump bodies, and cylinder heads.

Northfield Industries manufactures and distributes hubs and spindles, jacks and winches, hitches and couplers, and other components for Agricultural Equipment and Material Handling original equipment manufacturers. Northfield has over 120,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space in Schaumburg and Elk Grove Village, IL and Winnipeg Canada. The Company also has 6 China and 4 India manufacturing partners to support its offshore sourcing capabilities.

D&N Machining is a customer focused precision machine shop serving the Oil & Gas, Aerospace & Defense, Valve, Fluid Power, and Construction markets. Located in Northwest Arkansas with over 56,000 square feet of manufacturing space and boasts exceptional customer satisfaction, quality standards and offer value added in-house secondary operations including phosphating and magnetic particle inspection. D&N Machining is ISO 9001, AS9100 D, and FAA 145 Repair Station Certified.
