CNC Machinist III 2nd shift

In this role, you will set-up and operate machine shop equipment to manufacture materials to required specifications. In addition to completing assigned products and processes, continuous improvement efforts relating to cost, quality, and delivery are expected.

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and interpreting drawings prior to the start of manufacture.
• Following specific manufacturing procedures to set-up, program, and operate Okuma and Mazak CNC lathes.
• Ensuring conformance of materials prior to, during, and after manufacture. .
• Maintaining equipment in proper operating order, and
• Communicating all production and/or equipment issues to team leads and/or supervisors.

The successful candidate will have:

• 3-5 years CNC experience
• Technical school degree and/or equivalent work experience
• Simple CNC programming skills
• ISO9001 procedures and protocols
• General knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
• Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints
