CNC Machinist Setup and Operate

Orbit Machining Company, located in Schiller Park, IL provides contract precision machining with specialization in multi-task turning and horizontal and vertical milling. Our focus is on machining complex parts with one handling on our turning centers and horizontal machining centers, eliminating the need for complex and costly milling fixtures.

Best candidate will possess the following skills and Qualifications:

Turning centers and/or Horizontal and Vertical Machining Centers with Fanuc “G” Code programming. Edgecam cad/cam experience and Global Shop ERP System a plus but not necessary.

Conceptual skills, process improvement skills, verbal communication skills,

Functional and technical skills, controls and instrumentation, tooling coordination,Inpection skills. Familiar with gaging, CMM operation, and QC concepts, attention to detail, good judgement, dedication and a team player.

Air conditioned throughout, including manufacturing area.

Air filtration throughout manufacturing area
